We are always here to assist you in your enjoyment of these fine Flix products. We will reply within 2 business days at the latest with regards to your inquiries.

All prices provided per direct video downloads and or memberships are in U.S. currency.

Our Shipping And Return/Refund Policy:

As SistaFightFlix is nolonger providing content by means of physical medium, i.e. DVD, Blue-ray, disc, we therefor have no policy with regard to the physical shipping of hardgoods. Any consideration for and or request of physical media can be made on an individual basis and all corresponding perimeters, i.e. cost to delivery, etc, to be provided upon request which includes delivery times and order fullment expectations provided per the request. 

Regarding instant downloads and the download of members video content. Should you not be able to download the video content you either ordered directly for instant download or are entitled to via your paid membership to one of the SistaFightFlix membership platforms, all efforts shall be made to complete the order delivery process. This includes by means of providing alternate download options. In the event that all other options fail we will provide a refund for said purchase amount.

Members may cancel at any time. We provide no refunds for cancelations which may occur following the billing of that month having run. Fees having occurred over the duration of a membership are non-refundable. Should there be any instance in which a member of the site is unable to facitate the transfer of content and or downloads to which they are entitled all efforts shall be made to remedy the situation to facilitate order fullfilment. For instances wherein fullfilment is unavailble to the member the member will be able to request a refund of the membership fees wherein the time from joining and the time of the request for refund is within the trial period and is only availble in the instance of a total fail of the site's ability to fulfill it's obligations as per the members purchase.
